KalariYoga Gurukulam in Kovalam, Thiruvananthapuram teaches Kalarippayattu (a traditional South Indian martial art) alongside yoga, pranayama, and Siddha meditation. Classes suit beginners through advanced practitioners and welcome children aged 7 and up as well as adults. The program also includes marma-focused Kalari therapeutic healing, plus a monthly Full Moon meditation session open to sincere seekers. Practice is by appointment.
