Kangatraining Craigieburn, Mickleham and Surrounds is excited to announce their upcoming fitness event! Calling all postnatal women in the area, this is the perfect opportunity to rebuild your body after pregnancy and birth in a fun and energetic way.
At Kangatraining, you can bring your baby along and safely wear them while participating in various exercises. From squats and lunges to arm exercises and stretching, these classes cover it all. We also focus on core and pelvic floor muscles during floorwork sessions. It's a fantastic way to get back in shape while bonding with your little one.
Wondering when you can start? After a vaginal delivery, you can join Kangatraining as early as 6 weeks postpartum. If you've had a c-section, we recommend waiting until at least 12 weeks postpartum, with clearance from a health professional. And don't worry about your baby's age – there's no limit! Even older siblings are more than welcome to join in on the fun.
To secure your spot, make sure to book in advance. Our classes are held on Tuesdays at the Kalkallo Community Centre from 11am to 12pm, and on Wednesdays at the Mickleham South Community Centre from 11am to 12pm. You can find us at 33 Toyon Road, Kalkallo VIC 3064 (Multipurpose Room) and 125 Brosses Road, Mickleham VIC 3064, respectively.
If you're interested in joining Kangatraining or have any questions, feel free to contact Thuy at 0411 707 866. She'll be more than happy to provide you with all the information you need and get you started on your fitness journey.
