Karate Academy of Power teaches traditional Japanese karate and full-contact Kudo in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. Classes suit kids from preschool age, teens and adults at beginner to experienced levels. The academy follows an authentic Hayashi-ha Karatedo lineage and focuses on practical self-defence, confidence building and character through a dojo culture. Adults can train in Kudo, combining karate striking with grappling elements drawn from judo and jiu-jitsu.
