With over 35 years of experience, Anne holds multiple qualifications including an Advanced Teaching Diploma in Hatha yoga and is a certified Pilates and advanced meditation instructor.
In addition to yoga, Anne leads karate sessions under the Wales Wado Kai Karate Association. Her extensive credentials, including a 5th Dan karate instructor qualification and an NVQ Level 3 coaching certification, ensure high-quality training. Classes for children aged 7 and above are held on Wednesday and Friday evenings.
