Jacobs. Marie Mugendo System 1st Degree Black Belt awarded in 1993 by Prof. George Jacobs. Together they have over 30 years of experience in the martial arts field.
The Dojo at Faolch Karate is a specially designed space with a fully matted area, providing a safe and supportive environment for students to train in. Classes are available for individuals of all ages, from 4 years old to senior citizens, covering all aspects of traditional Karate and self-defence techniques.
At Faolch Karate, the core values of the Dojo Kun are instilled in all students. These values include refraining from impetuous and violent behaviour, respecting propriety, cultivating perseverance, and being faithful and sincere. The focus is not only on physical training but also on character development and personal growth.
The instructors at Faolch Karate are highly qualified, holding certifications in child protection, first aid, and ethics from reputable organisations such as the Irish Sports Council and Galway Sports Partnership.
