Karate Zanshin

Karate Zanshin is a karate school located in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, dedicated to providing a safe and enriching environment for students to learn traditional Japanese karate. Our program focuses on instilling the fundamental principles of karate, including discipline, respect, and high self-esteem.

At Karate Zanshin, we believe in the physical and mental development that karate offers. Our experienced Sensei, Adrian Brandus, started his karate journey in Romania in 1993 and has since achieved the 2nd Dan black belt. With 20 years of national and international competition experience, Sensei Adrian is dedicated to sharing his passion and knowledge with his students.

We offer group lessons for all ages and skill levels, providing a supportive and engaging atmosphere for students to grow and develop their karate skills. Whether you are looking to build strength, improve self-esteem, or learn self-defence techniques, our classes aim to help students reach their goals one step at a time.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer membership packages that allow students to access training with Sensei Adrian on a monthly or prepaid basis. These packages provide a cost-effective way for students to commit to their karate practice and continue their development.
