Beginner to advanced levels. We offer both singles and doubles matches, providing opportunities for players to improve their skills and enjoy friendly competition. Social tennis sessions are also available for members who want to have a casual hit with other like-minded players.
The Karingal Drive Tennis Club takes pride in offering a welcoming and inclusive environment for players of all ages and abilities. Our club is family-friendly, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported in their tennis journey. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, you'll find a place to belong at KDTC.
Our facilities are top-notch, with four well-maintained sand-filled synthetic grass courts and two En-Tout-Cas (Clay) courts, all equipped with lighting for evening play. We also have spacious club rooms with excellent amenities, including changing rooms and showers. For those who prefer to relax and socialise, we have a large decked undercover BBQ area where members and guests can enjoy a meal or drinks together.
At KDTC, we understand the importance of convenience and flexibility. That's why we offer an online booking system called Book a Court, where players can easily reserve a court for a one-off game or set up regular play sessions. Our venue terms of use provide all the necessary information for booking and court usage.
Joining our club has never been more enticing. We currently have a special promotion where new members who purchase one membership will receive another one for free. Take advantage of this offer, and you'll be able to experience all the benefits of being a member of KDTC.
Stay up to date with the latest club news and announcements by checking out our 2022 Spring Newsletter. We also appreciate the support of our members and the community. Karingal Drive Tennis Club acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land, the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people, and pays respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Elders, past, present, and emerging.
In terms of court etiquette, we prioritise online court bookings over social tennis sessions. If all the courts are occupied and members are playing without a court booking, they must rotate after one set if other members are waiting to play. Our courts are strictly for playing tennis only, and children should not play any other games on them. En-tout-cas surface courts require watering before play in dry weather and must be bagged smooth after play. We also have guidelines regarding footwear and the closure of clubhouse doors and gates.
At KDTC, we are proud to be a community-focused tennis club that offers a variety of activities for all. We look forward to welcoming you to our club and sharing the joy of tennis with you.
