At Karuna Detox Retreat, guests can expect a truly transformative experience. Our retreats are designed to provide a whole new level of relaxation and well-being, and our guests can leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Our retreats focus on a genuine, nurturing and holistic approach to detoxification. We offer juice/water fasting and colonics to balance your microbiome, aiding in weight loss (up to 16lbs) and detoxifying toxins. In addition, guests will have access to nutritional talks, a raw food breakfast, mindfulness, and yoga classes. We also offer massage and healing treatments to further nourish and support the body.

Located in the heart of Devon, UK, our retreat is situated in tranquil countryside, offering beautiful river walks and access to an indoor pool and sauna. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind during your retreat.

The Karuna Detox Programme is designed to balance and restore your body, reduce weight, toxins, and stresses, and bring you back to a state of well-being. Our mind and body treatments, including massages, aim to nourish, support, and detox deep tensions and blockages. Guests will receive their first massage for free during their stay.

At Karuna Detox Retreat, we offer 17 beautiful rooms, each providing a comfortable and tranquil space for our guests to refresh and rejuvenate themselves. Our facilities include a heated swimming pool, a traditional sauna, a yoga studio, nature walks, and a juice bar. We also provide an organic gourmet breakfast to ensure our guests start their day off right.
