Led by experienced yoga teacher Graeme Hodges, who has been practising yoga for over four decades, each class at Karuna Sanctuary Yoga emphasises the importance of inner enquiry and exploration. Hodges encourages students to develop a deep respect for their own unique mind and body, fostering a sense of personal growth and self-awareness.

The studio believes that true freedom can only be attained when we break free from the limitations we impose upon ourselves. Through practising yoga, participants are empowered to liberate themselves from patterns and habits that restrict their bodies and narrow their minds. By unlocking the potential within, individuals can expand their possibilities and unleash their creativity.

Karuna Sanctuary Yoga offers a variety of Hatha yoga classes throughout the week, ensuring flexibility for all schedules. Classes are held on Monday evenings, Thursday mornings and evenings, and Saturday mornings. Each session is 90 minutes long and priced at an affordable $15 per class. Drop-ins are welcome, eliminating the need for prior bookings.

Nestled in the tranquil Weedon Hill area, the studio provides the perfect environment for yoga practise. The peaceful and serene surroundings create a sanctuary-like atmosphere, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the yoga experience.
