Kathy Higgins wants to welcome you to the Kathy Higgins Yoga Studio in the heart of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. It's a great spot to dive into yoga and find a bit of inner calm. Kathy, a fully qualified CYF Yoga Tutor with over ten years of teaching under her belt, leads all the classes.
Everyone's welcome, whether you're just starting out or have been practising for years. Kathy’s got a range of classes to suit all levels. On Tuesday evenings, you can catch her at Clayton Hall Academy on Clayton Lane with sessions from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm and 7.45 pm to 8.45 pm. These are perfect for beginners and those looking to improve.
Wednesdays are at The Belong Centre on Lower Street, with a beginners' class from 6.00 pm for an hour and an all-levels class starting at 7.15 pm. This second class is a bit longer, giving everyone a chance to dive deeper. The entrance is off Stanier Street, and it's a welcoming place to explore your yoga journey.
