Welcome to Kauri Coast Mountain Bike Park, located on Babylon Coast Road in Parore, Kaiapara, Dargaville. This top mountain biking destination offers a 40 km network of trails that cater to riders of all skill levels, making it perfect for both individuals and families. Whether you're an expert mountain biker looking for a thrilling challenge or a complete beginner seeking a fun and scenic ride, our park has something for everyone.

The trails at Kauri Coast Mountain Bike Park are carefully graded based on difficulty, ensuring that riders can find the perfect trail for their abilities. The park is built on a sandstone base, providing us with an all-weather surface. This means that no matter the season, our mountain bike park remains open and accessible for riders year-round.

Currently, our trail network is still under construction, with approximately 20 km of trails completed. Our team is working tirelessly to design and build a network of tracks that will provide an unforgettable mountain biking experience. We are fortunate to have a professional mountain bike trail designer and builder, Ryan Lovett, leading this exciting project.

Kauri Coast Mountain Bike Park is a community-led and funded initiative. The total build cost was originally estimated at $1. 1 million, but thanks to the efforts of Kaipara Cycling Incorporated, we have managed to bring this cost down to $680,000. We are incredibly grateful for the support and generosity of our donors, who have contributed through our Give a Little page, hivepass, or directly to the Club fund.
