That's why, as your personal trainer, I will not only help you improve your physical fitness, but also guide you in making positive lifestyle choices that will support your overall well-being. This includes providing you with an individualised diet plan and offering tips on motivation and ways to overcome challenges.
I offer a range of training opportunities, including one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals. These sessions can take place in my fully equipped private gym in the centre of Chelmsford, or I can bring my mobile equipment to your home. In the summer months, we can even train outdoors at a location of your choice.
Once you have gained confidence and fitness, you are also welcome to join one of my group sessions. These include bootcamps and fitness training sessions, where you can meet and train with new people while further developing your skills in a practical situation.
I hold a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and am a registered REPS Level 3 personal trainer. I am also a qualified Physical Education teacher and have experience teaching and lecturing in the field. Additionally, I am a Muay Thai, AMA Yoga, and bootcamp instructor, bringing a diverse skill set to my personal training practise.
My own personal journey in sport and exercise has taught me the value of perseverance and the many benefits that can be gained from participation. I have competed nationally as a swimmer and played netball at a high level. It was through martial arts that I discovered the mental and physical strength required to overcome challenges in everyday life.
