The intermediate classes are designed to further develop these skills, with swimmers gradually increasing their distance and improving their technique. In the intermediate 2 class, swimmers should be able to swim at least 25 metres, and they will also learn how to dive.

Keen2Swim Swim School believes in celebrating the achievements of its swimmers and uses the STA and keen2swim awards to assess their progress throughout the year.
