Our self defence classes are for adults 16+ across East, south east and south west London.
Try your first session free of charge and get a feel for the classes before you commit.
Classes run in Newham on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8pm to 10pm, Bermondsey on Mondays 7:30pm to 9:30pm, and Plumstead on Sundays 10:30am to 12:30pm.
