

Kenilworth Swimming Pool operates during the warmer months of the year, from the September school holidays until Easter. The pool is open daily, including weekends and public holidays, from [opening time] to [closing time]. Please note that there are no lifeguards on duty as the pool operates in low patronage mode.
To enjoy the facilities at Kenilworth Swimming Pool, there are entry fees that must be paid. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 years. A child is considered to be any person aged 11 years and under. Persons aged 12 years and over are considered adults in regards to pool entry fees.
Family season passes are available for immediate families and include up to 2 adults and up to 3 children, with a maximum of 5 people. To verify eligibility for family season passes, presentation of a Medicare card will be required.
Kenilworth Swimming Pool offers a range of facilities for visitors to enjoy. The highlight of the pool is the solar heated 25m pool, perfect for swimming laps or simply cooling off on a hot day. Additionally, the pool features a thrilling waterslide that is adored by both locals and visitors. For those in need of refreshments, there is a kiosk on-site that sells a variety of drinks and snacks. Hot showers are available for patrons who wish to freshen up after their swim.
Kenilworth Swimming Pool is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all. Thanks to a grant from Sunshine Coast Council, the pool now offers better access for patrons with mobility difficulties. Custom-made, lightweight, and mobile stairs have been constructed, making it easier for those with physical issues or undergoing aqua physio therapy to enter and exit the water. The stairs are made of aluminium and are equipped with wheels for easy movement.
Handrails and checker plate foot pads provide additional grip and security for those who require it.
Kenilworth Swimming Pool is grateful for the support received from Sunshine Coast Council, as it helped fund the purchase of the new stairs and other upgrades. The water slide has also been revamped, with new slide stairs and platform, ensuring a thrilling experience for all. Furthermore, a new robotic vacuum cleaner has been introduced to maintain the cleanliness of the pool.
