Just a quick note from Sarah to share a bit about what's happening at the dojo.

Little Ninjas: Our youngest members learn self-control through fun games and activities. We're all about helping them pick up key life skills like listening, following instructions, and working as a team.

Junior Karate: For kids aged 7-12, this programme is spot on for boosting fitness, learning self-defence, and building character. The Junior Karate classes cover martial arts basics plus a lot more, including anti-bullying strategies. Sarah and the team make sure it's a supportive and encouraging space for kids to thrive and gain confidence.

Teen & Adult Karate: Whether you're new to martial arts or have some experience, our classes are designed to challenge and reward you. From self-defence to flexibility and strength, we cover it all. Plus, there's a big focus on character development and leadership skills.
