Grand Master Ki C. Yoon, the founder of Hap Ki Moo Do and president of the Kum Moo Kwan association, has been teaching and practising the art of hapkido in Calgary for over 30 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having trained the Korean presidential bodyguard program and military commandos, as well as serving as a head defensive/offensive instructor for the Seoul Korea West Police. Certified in acupressure, acupuncture, and corrective exercises, Grand Master Ki is dedicated to educating students not only in self-defence techniques but also in the importance of mental strength and knowledge of martial arts.

The academy is led by Head Master Michael Yoon and a team of dedicated and experienced instructors who are committed to helping students of all ages unlock their potential through the “Martial Art Way of life”.
