DOSE Running is excited to announce their upcoming Kids Adventure Running program, designed for children aged 10 and above. Led by head coach Scarlett Duncan, an experienced Ultra-Marathon runner and Pilates Instructor, the program offers a unique and engaging running experience for young participants.
Scarlett focuses on creating sessions that cater to different levels of athleticism and place emphasis on developing a healthy and efficient running gait. The program is perfect for kids looking to improve their running skills, align with school sport programs, and learn specific running drills under expert guidance.
