Gymnastics Central's Kindergym is the place to be if you have little ones aged 1–4 years old. This fun and interactive class is specially designed to help children develop their motor skills while having a blast.
Led by our experienced coaches, each class kicks off with a group warm-up to get those little muscles moving. From there, the children will embark on a series of movement activities in three different areas – balance, swing, and gross movement. Our coaches will guide them through each exercise, ensuring they have a fantastic time while also learning important skills.
But the excitement doesn't stop there! Our Kindergym class also includes a group activity featuring a parachute and some upbeat music. Imagine the joy on your child's face as they dance and giggle along with their newfound friends. It's a sight to behold!
And of course, what would a gymnastics class be without some time on the equipment? Your little one will have the chance to hop, skip, and jump their way through various movement activities, all while honing their coordination and balance.
We like to end each Kindergym class on a delightful note. Bubbles fill the air as children celebrate their achievements, and each participant receives a sticker as a token of their hard work. It's these little touches that make Gymnastics Central's Kindergym so memorable.
