Kings Boxing Academy

Kings Boxing Academy is a community gym located in Newton Abbot, UK, focused on boxing and personal fitness. They cater to those who want to become competitive boxers as well as offering non-contact self-defence and confidence-building sessions for kids through their KINGS KIDS Box-Fit programme. Personal fitness and conditioning sessions are also available through 1-2-1 training.

Chris Rattenbury and his team offer expert coaching in boxing, Wing Chun (Kung Fu), and combat fitness. They aim to boost both physical fitness and mental well-being while providing pathways for personal improvement. The Academy is open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced fighters, and is affiliated with England Boxing.

Chris, with 30 years of experience, and Sifu Derek Bradley, a specialist in Wing Chun, bring a wealth of knowledge. The gym offers open sessions for fitness enthusiasts and top-notch coaching for those aiming for national championships. All volunteers are first-aid trained and DBS certified.
