In our resistance section, we have a range of fixed resistance machines and free weight stations that target every major muscle group in the body.
Membership at KJM Fitness is affordable, with a monthly fee of only 27 per month or a day pass option for only 8 per day. Members have full access to the gym during opening hours. For new members, we recommend booking an introductory session to familiarise yourself with the facilities and receive personalised guidance.
In addition to our gym membership, we also offer personal training sessions with our fully qualified instructors. Our trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals and provide individualised attention and guidance.
