The Little Warriors Programme is carefully structured to cater to the specific needs and abilities of children aged 4–6 years. Through various fun and interactive activities, children will learn the basic techniques of Ju-Jitsu, such as stances, kicks, punches, and blocks. These skills not only promote physical fitness but also enhance coordination and motor skills.

In addition to learning martial arts techniques, the programme also emphasises important life skills. Little Warriors will develop skills such as listening, following instructions, sharing, and interacting with others positively. We believe that these skills are crucial for their personal growth and future success.

At Kokoro Kai Ju-Jitsu Association, our top priority is the safety and well-being of our students. We have a designated Child Protection Officer who ensures that our safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times. Our instructors undergo extensive training in child protection and hold valid NSPCC safeguarding certificates.

We also offer a range of activity packs that are designed to complement the learning experience of our Little Warriors. These packs provide additional resources and exercises that children can practise at home, helping them reinforce their skills and maintain their enthusiasm for martial arts.
