His love for fitness led him to study Health and Physical Education at Wingate College and subsequently work as a physical education teacher at a local high school.
Kosta's coaching experience is extensive, ranging from working in commercial gyms to coaching state-level athletes. His expertise extends to all age groups and abilities, catering to both beginners and seasoned athletes. Upon moving to Adelaide, he worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the SANFL and also trained youth swimmers at a local swimming club.
In January 2020, Kosta relocated to Taperoo and decided to focus on his business full-time. Despite the challenges faced during the early months of 2020, his business has thrived and continues to flourish. Kosta is dedicated to assisting his clients on their fitness journeys and considers it one of the best decisions he has ever made.
