Kontact Karate (INTERMEDIATE) Green Belt and above Ages 13+ Our intermediate karate program is designed for students who have completed the beginners program and are ready to take their skills to the next level. This class will focus on refining techniques, learning advanced katas, and sparring with other students. Students will continue to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Our instructors will challenge students to push themselves and reach their full potential.
