Kristen Bassett RMT

Kristen Bassett, RMT is a holistic health practitioner based in Welland, Ontario. She is a graduate of the Ontario College of Health and Technology and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. With a passion for aligning body, mind, and spirit, Kristen offers a range of services to support her clients on their wellness journey.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Kristen incorporates both general Swedish and advanced massage techniques into her practice. She works closely with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their individual needs and treatment goals. In addition to massage therapy, Kristen holds certifications in Reiki and Aqualead, offering intuitive energy healing sessions for those seeking a deeper level of relaxation and healing.

Kristen is also a Somatic Exercises Teacher, providing classes and one-on-one sessions to help clients improve their body awareness and alignment. These exercises are often included as part of her massage therapy treatment plans, offering additional support and care for her clients. As an experienced yoga instructor, Kristen offers Hatha-style classes focusing on pranayama, alignment, and relaxation. She welcomes students of all levels, including beginners, and offers specialty classes for prenatal and postpartum care, fertility, and caregivers.
