Welcome to the Kumeu Cricket Club, located in the beautiful town of Kume, New Zealand. With a rich history dating back to 1943, the club has become an integral part of the local community, providing a platform for cricket enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels to come together and enjoy the sport.

Originally starting as a country club playing arranged fixtures, the Kumeu Cricket Club joined the Kaipara Cricket Association after World War Two, competing in both the Kaipara and Auckland suburban competitions. In 1956, the club made the decision to exclusively play in the Auckland Suburban Cricket Association, solidifying its place within the Auckland cricket scene.

At Kumeu Cricket Club, we cater to players of all ages and genders. We offer a range of registration options, including Super Stars and Kiwi Grade Smashies Friday Night Registrations for the younger children, as well as Junior Boys and Girls Softball and Hardball Registrations. Adults can also join our senior team by signing up for Senior Registrations. The club is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all members, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to develop their skills and enjoy the game.

Located at Huapai Recreational Reserve on 46 Tapu Road, the Kumeu Cricket Club offers excellent facilities for our members. We have a well-maintained cricket pitch, training nets, and a clubhouse that serves as the social hub for our activities. The club is conveniently situated, making it easily accessible for both local residents and visitors from surrounding areas.
