Master Sblano, also known as Sifu Joe Sblano, is the head instructor at Kung Fu Canada. With over 30 years of martial arts experience, Sifu Sblano brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his classes. He emphasizes traditional Kung Fu training methods, focusing on strenuous conditioning exercises, chi-kung, cardio, and precise striking techniques. Good form and focus are key elements stressed in his classes.
