Welcome to Lakebody Bootcamp, located in the picturesque Lake Country, BC. Founded and coached by Elissa, Lakebody Bootcamp offers a unique fitness experience rooted in her passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Elissa's fitness journey began after a knee injury in ballet led her to discover a deep connection to fitness and rehabilitation. With a certification from the American Council and Exercise, Elissa has worked in various fitness environments, including coaching group fitness in Calgary and Kelowna.
At Lakebody Bootcamp, the vision is to create a community of strong individuals through strength and conditioning workouts that engage the mind, body, and soul. The gym offers small classes of six or less, providing an exclusive and personalized training atmosphere. All fitness levels are welcomed, and the workouts are designed to burn fat and calories efficiently through interval training, active rest training, and a variety of equipment and movements.
The 40-minute interval training classes at Lakebody Bootcamp focus on strength and conditioning, aiming to create the afterburn effect that continues to burn fat and calories for hours after the workout. Elissa recommends signing up for 3 classes per week to maximize the benefits of this style of training. Additionally, clients who book 3 or more classes a week are eligible for complimentary two-month cheque-ins for fitness tests, measurements, and progress tracking.
