Lake of The Woods Speedway

Lake of the Woods Speedway, located at 556 Jones Road in Kenora, Ontario, is a semi-banked, 1/3 mile Clay/Dirt Oval track situated near the Weyerhauser Mill, approximately 3 km south of the bypass and 3 km north of Hwy 17. The Speedway plays host to various racing events throughout the year, including 4-Cylinders, Pure Stocks, and WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds in the summer on a weekly basis, as well as Sled Races during winter.

In addition to these regular events, Lake of the Woods Speedway also hosts special races such as the WISSOTA Modifieds on Season Opener and on the Two Day Dinner Jacket Classic Series. The Speedway expects to welcome WISSOTA Street Stocks in 2023 on specific dates in July, August, and September. Sunday afternoons in the summer feature racing events with Hot Laps beginning at 4pm and Racing getting underway at 5pm. The Two Day Dinner Jacket Classic Series takes place on a Saturday/Sunday schedule, with Hot Laps at 5pm and Racing commencing at 6pm.

Rain dates are scheduled accordingly to ensure that events can proceed as planned.
