The accommodation includes three properties: The Barn, Lake View, and Pheasant Cottage. The Barn features five double ensuite bedrooms, each with their own flat-screen TV, a spacious sitting room with south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining room with bi-fold doors leading to a balcony with beautiful views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a Scandinavian BBQ hut. Lake View is light and airy, offering open plan dining, sitting, and kitchen areas with south-facing French windows, two double bedrooms, and a large bathroom with a freestanding shower cubicle and bath. Pheasant Cottage is warm and cosy, with two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom, and an open plan dining, sitting, and kitchen area downstairs.

All three properties provide ample parking, gas central heating, wifi, and now an Electric Vehicle charging point.

Godshill Park Cottages is located in an Outstanding Area of Natural Beauty, surrounded by footpaths and bridleways that lead through farmland, up to the downs, and down to the coast. The accommodation offers peace and tranquillity away from busy traffic, with a long private drive leading to the properties. The charming village of Godshill is within walking distance, offering quaint shops, tea rooms, a mediaeval church, and notable pubs and restaurants, including the Michelin-recommended Taverners pub.

For nature enthusiasts, the farm provides a wonderful opportunity to see local wildlife, including red squirrels that frequently visit the garden feeders. Guests can explore the woodlands, farmland, and downs directly from their front door. Dogs are welcome in Pheasant Cottage, and visiting horses can be accommodated as well.
