Chris, the organiser of Lancaster Kofukan Karate Club, wanted to share a quick update with everyone. Founded in 2007 right here in Lancaster, the club, affectionately known as LMKKC, focuses on Kofukan Shito-Ryu Karate-do. It's a style recognised worldwide.
Training with LMKKC covers kata (forms), kumite (sparring), and self-defence. Chris and the team prioritise help members grow mentally, technically, and physically in a supportive and friendly environment – perfect for both kids and adults.
Given the current Covid-19 situation, regular in-person sessions are on hold. But fear not! Chris has swiftly moved sessions online, ensuring everyone can still train. Privacy remains a priority, and there’s a clear notice explaining the use and collection of personal data.
For now, all training is online, but Chris will keep everyone updated with regular announcements on the club’s website and Twitter page.
