Lancaster Taekwondo, based in Lancaster, is a martial arts school committed to delivering top-notch Taekwondo training. Founded by General Choi Hong Hi (IX Degree) on 11th April 1955, this Korean Military Martial Art focuses on hand and foot fighting techniques. The term “Taekwondo” translates to “the way of the hand and foot,” highlighting its unique emphasis on high kicks, spinning, and jumping.

The class timetable is structured with ample options. Sunday sessions include Tiny Kicking Dragons from 11:00 to 12:00, Taekwon-do (7+) from 12:00 to 13:00, and Adult Only from 13:00 to 14:00. Tuesday sessions follow with Tiny Kicking Dragons from 18:30 to 19:30, Taekwon-do (7+) from 19:30 to 20:30, and Adult Only from 20:30 to 21:30.
