La Salle Kempo Karate

La Salle Kempo Karate is a well-established martial arts school located in the LaSalle district of Montreal, Canada. Led by Master Maurille St-Louis, 8th dan, the school has been teaching the art of Kempo for over 30 years. Kempo, which translates to “Law of the Fist,” is a complete martial art that focuses on using the body's natural weapons for combat. Beyond just a fighting technique, Kempo is a mental discipline, physical exercise, and self-defence method that primarily uses hands and feet to control an opponent.
