This class also offers a social and friendly atmosphere where students can form great friendships. It is suitable for individuals aged 13 and above.

The Adult Classes are perfect for Strictly Come Dancing fans, individuals looking for a new hobby, or those wanting a fun and engaging exercise. These classes provide an opportunity to learn and practise ballroom and Latin dance styles, while also offering a chance to meet new people. The adult classes are suitable for individuals aged 18 and above.

Classes are held every Friday evening at The Temple Centre in Nuthall. The class schedule is as follows: Rainbows (3-8 years) from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Beginners (8+ years) from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Inters & Advanced (13+ years) from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm, and Adult class (18+ years) from 8:15 pm to 9:00 pm.
