Hot Shots is the easiest way for primary school-aged children to learn how to play tennis. The courts and racquets are smaller, and the low compression and coloured tennis balls don’t bounce as high, making it easier for the kids to hit. And let’s not forget, they absolutely love it!
The program offers three levels to cater to different age groups and skill sets. For Prep to Grade 1, there's the Red Ball level which runs for 45 minutes. Grade 2 to Grade 4 students can join the Orange Ball level, also for 45 minutes. And finally, Grade 5 to Grade 6 students can participate in the 45-minute Green Ball level.
