Understand my relationship with food or address my emotional eating habits. It wasn't until I decided to take matters into my own hands and educate myself that I started to see real progress.
That's when I decided to pursue my Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science to gain a deeper understanding of nutrition and training. I also obtained the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certificate to enhance my knowledge and skills in helping others.
As the owner of Lauren Mead Coach, my mission is to help individuals become confident and strong in their bodies while developing a healthy relationship with food. I understand the struggles and challenges that come with weight loss and creating sustainable habits. It brings me joy to see clients transform their mindset, enjoy their training, and still indulge in the foods they love.
I offer a range of services tailored to suit each client's lifestyle and goals. Whether it's through online coaching or personal training, I provide constant support and guidance to ensure my clients achieve their desired results.
