Lawrence Boxing

Lawrence Boxing in Romford provides boxing and fitness coaching for people who want technical improvement, including learning the fundamentals of how to hit and avoid getting hit. Led by Steven Lawrence, who has been boxing since 2006 and is registered as an England Boxing Coach (2019). The sessions support boxers at all levels, with a focus on technical and tactical development and coaching that also considers psychological factors. There is also experience working with an 11 year old athlete.
