Lazy Runner – Brisbane is excited to announce the Lazy Running Bootcamps, a series of running workshops aimed at helping runners of all levels improve their technique and knowledge. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, these sessions are designed to benefit you.
The bootcamp consists of four sessions, each priced at $20 per person, or you can opt for the full bootcamp experience for just $50 per person. The workshops will take place in Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, or you have the option to create your own group and have the coach come to you.
In Session 1: Know your Running Pace, participants will discover their ideal running pace by learning about their different paces and finding the right pace for their speed and distance. This personalised session will provide valuable insights into your running abilities.
Session 2: Run Right focuses on the basics of posture and technique in running, helping runners improve their running experience through small adjustments. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this session is beneficial for all.
Running Stretches and Recovery, Session 3, will teach participants effective running stretches, including PNF stretching, which can help prevent injuries and improve flexibility. Bring a yoga or exercise mat and wear suitable gear for this session.
Lastly, Session 4: Running Aches/Pains and Injuries and Running 101 is dedicated to addressing common running-related issues. Learn from an experienced coach who has been running injury-free for 27 years and get answers to your burning questions about running.
