Leanne Lent is a Professional Organiser, Massage Therapist, and Yoga Instructor based in Redcar, North Yorkshire, England. With a passion for supporting others on their journey to living a more intentional life, Leanne offers a range of services aimed at helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and improve their overall wellbeing.
Leanne is a 250-hour Abode Healing Arts, Ayurvedic Yoga & Natural Therapy Teacher, holding a diploma in Ayurvedic Massage Therapy. She is also a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals as a Yoga Teacher and a member of the UK Reiki Federation as an Associate. Leanne is trained in the Konmari Method and has Level 2 Counselling Skills.
Having experienced the negative effects of a stressful compliance job, including anxiety and depression, for over five years, Leanne discovered the transformative power of the practises she now teaches. This led her to establish Lets Be Wildflowers, a platform dedicated to helping others prioritise their health and wellbeing.
Leanne believes that reconnecting to one's authentic self is crucial, especially in today's fast-paced world. She encourages self-care activities, healthy habits, intentional living, and conscious connexion with oneself and others. Her home studio in Redcar serves as a serene space for yoga, meditation, and breath-work classes, day spa retreats, Ayurvedic massage therapy, and educational workshops.
In addition to group sessions, Leanne offers 1:1 mentoring for individuals seeking to find their purpose, live with intention, and lead conscious lives. Through a holistic approach that encompasses mind, body, and spirit, she helps clients identify and overcome any blocks they may have, creating personalised plans to promote fulfilment and balance.
Leanne describes herself as a forever student, eager to continue learning and serving others. Astrologically, she is a Virgo Sun, Capricorn Rising, and Aquarius Moon. Her Enneagram type is a Type 1 Wing 2, also known as “The Advocate”. Leanne finds joy in the art of processes, whether it's planning her day as part of her morning routine or preparing a matcha tea.
