From beginner classes starting at age 6 to adult classes for all levels up to black belt, there is something for everyone. The club's team of experienced coaches, including Head Sensei Mike Tamura, Head Coach Russell Gallant, and RTC/HP Director Ewan Beaton, ensure that members receive top-notch instruction in a safe and welcoming environment.

The Lethbridge Judo Club is also home to the Judo Canada Regional Training Centre, the first of its kind in Western Canada. Athletes from U16 to U21 are welcome to participate in the RTC program, which provides advanced training in technical skills, fitness, mental training, and goal setting. The goal of the RTC is to prepare young athletes for international competition and eventual transition to the National Training Centre in Montreal.
