Aerial Silks (Tissu) combines grace and strength, offering a unique way to improve upper body strength, flexibility, and brain function. Levitate's Aerial Silks courses are designed progressively, allowing students to build upon fundamental skills and techniques each week. For those who prefer an apparatus that doesn't require significant height, Aerial Sling (Hammock) is the perfect choice. Levitate's Aerial Sling courses are designed to build on fundamentals and skills week by week, providing a gradual progression for students. Please note that Aerial Sling at Levitate is not an aerial yoga course.

Dance Trapeze, a hybrid of a bar and a rope apparatus, has gained popularity in recent years. Levitate offers casual classes for Dance Trapeze, but it's important to note that this class is only open to students with at least 1 year of continuous experience in Lyra, Aerial Sling, or Aerial Silks. Participants should be familiar with getting on and off the bar safely, aerial inverting, and performing leg hangs comfortably.

In addition to their pole and aerial classes, Levitate also offers Strength & Conditioning classes.
