Lifeforce Fitness has a rich history, previously operating as Lifeforce Squash & Fitness in Beechworth for three years before deciding to relocate back to Wodonga. The gym was originally known as Phil's Gym and was located in Church Street before becoming a part of the Fighting Fitness centre. Over the years, the equipment, and amenities have continuously improved, making Lifeforce Fitness one of the best-equipped gyms in the Albury/Wodonga region.

The gym occupies a spacious floor space of over 600 square metres and is conveniently located above TileMart in High Street. Its prime location is just two blocks from the Hume Freeway entrance/exit and is on the main arterial connexion to Albury.

The passionate and knowledgeable staff members at Lifeforce Fitness have extensive experience in the fitness industry. Phil Locke, one of the owners, has been involved in the industry since 1980 and holds multiple qualifications and certifications. He has won four Australian Masters Natural Body Building titles, showcasing his expertise and dedication. Vonnie, another staff member, has completed the VicFit Certificate 4 and has 11 years of experience in the fitness industry.
