Our mission is to make fitness fun while transforming your body and cultivating a deep understanding and positive relationship with your own body through top-notch Pilates classes.
As a new mover at Lifted, we invite you to start with our Group Starter Pass! This pass is your ticket to explore a variety of class styles and experience the expertise of different instructors. It's the perfect opportunity to find your groove and determine which classes suit you best.
Your first class at Lifted Pilates will be a comfortable and welcoming experience. Our instructors are experienced hosts for newcomers and will ensure you have a fantastic visit. We recommend starting with Beginner Reformer or Mat Pilates. Arrive a few minutes before class starts, settle in, and get comfy.
We start class on-time and ask everyone to be on-time too. Please wear socks on the reformer and comfortable clothing. Don't forget to bring a water bottle along; we've got all the necessary equipment at the studio. Prior to your class, please inform us if you have any injuries or if you're expecting, so we can tailor the class to your specific needs and ensure you have the best experience.
We offer a variety of classes at Lifted Pilates, including Open Reformer, Beginner Reformer, TRX, Barre, Mat Pilates, and HIIT Reformer. Our high-quality classes are designed to challenge and strengthen your body while promoting a positive and healthy mindset.
Lifted Pilates has three convenient locations in Hamilton Hamilton East, Hamilton North, and Raglan. Each location offers a unique experience, and you can find their addresses on our website and easily locate them on Google Maps.
If you're new to our studio, we recommend taking advantage of our Lifted Starter Pass. This pass allows you to trial 5 classes of your choice over a three-week timeframe. It's a great way to get a taste of our classes before committing to a class pack or membership.
To make scheduling and bookings easy, we recommend downloading the Lifted Pilates app. It's the best way to manage your schedule and payments at the studio.
