With a background in teaching holistic therapy and yoga at Warrington Colleagiate, as well as working with Mental Health Secure Units, Stephen has honed his skills and techniques to provide the best possible care for his clients.
As a published author on meditation and Hatha Yoga, Stephen's teachings are rooted in traditional practises and philosophies. His yoga classes, which have been running continuously since 2002, are a blend of meditation, flowing warm-ups, a sequence of holding poses, and deep relaxation. Suitable for all abilities, these classes aim to activate the body, relax the mind, and elevate the spirit, leaving participants feeling stronger, more flexible, and rejuvenated.
For those seeking individualised treatments, Light Holistics offers a range of therapies in Stephen's Birchwood Therapy Room. These include reiki, reflexology, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and full body massage. With over 20 years of experience as a holistic therapist and teaching at Warrington Collegiate, Stephen provides a safe and nurturing environment for clients to find relief and relaxation.
In addition, Light Holistics also offers Zoom Yoga classes for those who prefer the convenience of practising from home. These live online sessions provide the same class experience as the in-person Tuesday night class, allowing participants from anywhere in the world to join in.
