LiLFiT Personal Training

LiLFiT Personal Training is a private fitness facility in S64 for people who prefer to train with a trainer and smaller group sessions. It offers 1-1 personal training, group exercise classes and a range of activities including step aerobics, Latin fit and tone, burlesque, line dancing, tai chi and stretch. The PT sessions are tailored to your ability and fitness level, with options supporting goals such as weight loss, building muscle and improving shape and tone. Sunbeds and specialised sports massage are also available.
