Kris has completed her Yoga Teacher Training with the renowned Yogassential, a collaborative team of experienced instructors.
She has also completed courses in Kids Yoga and Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Yoga. Her classes focus on strength, balance and flexibility, with an emphasis on mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
