Our small private studio offers a range of services including one-on-one personal training and online training on the beautiful Kapiti Coast.

With over 6 years of experience on the coast, we are proud to provide top-notch training and therapy services to the local community. Our dedicated team is passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals and perform at your very best. We offer a holistic approach to training, focusing not only on physical fitness but also on nutrition and rehabilitation.

At Limitless Training & Therapy, we understand the challenges that parents with young children face. That's why we have created a welcoming and family-friendly environment. Our studio features two play areas for kids, ensuring that parents can train without worrying about their little ones. Additionally, we provide ample parking for your convenience.

We offer various membership options to cater to your specific needs. Our featured online coaching package, “Your PT on the go,” is available for just $10. 00 per week. For a more comprehensive experience, our Platinum Membership at $75.

00 and Gold Membership at $95. 00 per week allow you to train four times a week with a coach.

As a seasoned trainer with over 14 years of hands-on training experience, Darryl has honed his skills to provide exceptional support to his clients. His expertise ranges from nutrition and meal planning to rehabilitation for injuries. Furthermore, Darryl is also a qualified massage therapist, ensuring that all aspects of your fitness journey are addressed.
