Lincoln Loft

Lincoln Loft is a reformer Pilates studio in Lincoln (Selwyn) offering small group reformer Pilates classes and the option of private sessions. Classes are designed to support strength, mobility and confidence in movement, with safe technique, progressive strength and mindful movement. Suitable for beginners through to more experienced movers, the studio also runs teens classes (Pilateens) and a 65+ senior concession option (Silver Springs), plus men-specific Brolates. It suits people who want structured, instructor-led Pilates in a welcoming studio setting.
