Lindsey Howell, organiser of Lindsey Howell Yoga, extends a warm welcome to everyone. Nestled in the heart of Pembrokeshire, Lindsey Howell Yoga offers a blend of diverse classes, workshops, and one-to-one sessions designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. With the guiding principle “If you can breathe, you can do Yoga” by Krishnamacharya, Lindsey believes that yoga is for everyone.
Lindsey began her yoga journey in London at the Laban Centre while studying Contemporary Dance with a specialisation in movement therapy. Her passion for yoga evolved alongside her dance practice, leading her to train with the British Wheel of Yoga. Now, Lindsey is a fully qualified Level 4 Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training.
She has had the privilege of working with Julie Friedeberger, a specialist in yoga for people living with cancer. Lindsey continues this work in Pembrokeshire and online, creating a safe and healing environment for those in need. Additionally, she teaches Hatha, Yin, and Therapeutic Chair Yoga both locally and online.
Lindsey’s expertise in Yin Yoga has been shaped by Norman Blair, a knowledgeable Yin teacher and disco dancer. She is also part of the breathing school network with guidance from Ben Wolff and is a member of 'The Pelvic Health Professionals,' applying yoga for pelvic health.
Whether your goal is to increase flexibility, build strength, relieve stress, or enhance well-being, Lindsey Howell Yoga offers something for everyone. Lindsey invites individuals of all ages and abilities to experience the transformative benefits of yoga.
