Hi, I'm Jenny! I started pole fitness in 2015 and quickly fell in love with the sport. I found it not only helped me physically but mentally too. In 2018, I decided to try Aerial Hoop and have been hooked ever since.
I completed my instructor training with Xpert Pole and Aerial Fitness and joined the team here at Lioness Aerial Fitness to share my passion with others.
Hey, I'm Lisa, the founder of Lioness Aerial Fitness. I started pole dancing in 2014 and saw the positive impact it had on my life. I wanted to create a space where women could come together, support each other, and have fun while getting fit. Furthermore, I completed my instructor training with Xpert Pole and Aerial Fitness and opened Lioness Aerial Fitness in 2019.
